| • | All THAMWAY products are designed, manufactured and provided based on the assumption that all our products will be used in Japan.
Therefore, outside Japan, our products may be unable to be used because of law, regulation, or standard. |
| • | Our products may fall under the list of export control products such as strategic products, according to the rule of "Japanese Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act". |
| • | All THAMWAY products are made to order. We can deliver products that meet the purpose, from changing the appearance shape to changing specifications and development plans. |
| • | All THAMWAY products can correspond to OEM. |
| ■External appearance |
| • | We use JIS or EIA standard racks of 19 or 24 inches. |
| • | We can manufacture in other shapes on request. |
| ■Price |
| • | Please inquire to us by e-mail. |
| ■Product delivery |
| • | The standard time for delivery is about 1 to 3 months. However, it may take longer depending on the product. |
| ■Warranty |
| • | All shipped products are controlled by serial number or lot number and have a one-year warranty after shipment. (We do not issue a warranty) |
| • | We make every effort to guarantee the quality, but if any nonconformity of the contract due to our negligence is found within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. |
| • | However, this does not apply to failures and damages caused by handling errors, negligence, or force majeure such as natural disasters and fires, including damages caused by this failure. |
| • | As a general rule, repairs will be off-site. In addition, if you wish to have on-site repairs due to various circumstances, we will charge the actual expenses incurred for on-site repairs such as transportation expenses and accommodation expenses (#), so please understand and agreement. |

| • | Regarding inspections and surveys, there is no warranty period for inspections and surveys from the perspective of checking and investigating the operating status at the time of implementation. |

| • | Depending on the meeting, we may make a contract with a warranty period under individual conditions. In that case, the individual contract contents will be applied regardless of the above warranty period. |

| • | After the warranty period has expired, we will support you for an onerous contract. |
| ■Maintenance service |
