■PHASE SHIFTER
The PHASE SHIFTER changes the phase of the input signal and outputs it. There are various types according to the phase control system.
(1)Octave band method
This type is the lowest cost and most used. It is composed of 90deg hybrid and variable-capacitance diodes. The phase of the output signal can be continuously changed by the DC voltage control. The bandwidth is decided by the 90deg hybrid.
(2)Frequency conversion method
The input RF signal is converted into an intermediate frequency, and then, it is converted back into its former frequency. The phase of the output signal is changed by changing the phase of the local oscillation frequency signal used at this time. Even if the input frequency changes into this type, the amount of the phase change remains constant.
(3)PLL method (APC)
The output signal or external signal is compared in the phase with the input signal, and the phase of the output signal is changed depending on the amount of the delay in the feedback control loop. This type has the highest stability. It is possible to manufacture a phase shifter with a stability of less than 0.2 degrees when used together with a homothermal box.
(4)IQ method
This type creates wideband with an IQ modulator, and the linearity is excellent.

・Phase stability of less than 0.2 degrees is possible when used together with a homothermal box.
・Shape and size can be chosen in configuations such as NIM, JIS, EIA, rack, and small aluminum case.

■PHASE SHIFTER T072-2066A
This is a phase shifter module of the octave bandwidth. The phase of the input signal can be changed by a continuous 360 degrees or more depending on the external control voltage.

■PHASE SHIFTER T072-1028A
This is a phase shifter module using the IQ modulator. The linearity is excellent and it can be used in wideband. It switches by dividing the bandwidth from 0.1MHz to 200MHz into four bands

■FREQUENCY MULTIPLIER / DIVIDER
The frequency multiplier and the frequency divider are designed and manufactured.
In the range that can produce it, frequency is less than 3GHz.

■FREQUENCUY MULTIPLIER T061-10AAA
This frequency multiplier outputs 5.5 times the input frequency.

■FAST AMPLITUDE MODULATOR
This device modulates the amplitude of the input signal at high speed.

■PHASE COMPARATOR
This module puts the amplitude limiting on two input signals, and compares phases. An external trigger signal produces sample-and-hold.

■POWER METER (Through-type)

This device measures and monitors power levels in RF amplifiers and power supplies.
Measures both FWD and REV signals.
